  We highly recommend that you contact us via our page  or by sending an email to Support@ZENOBIG.com . This prevents errors and allows us to easily send you a direct link to information, and simplifies the orders. You will also receive a faster response by email  

 Productions and operating of our work from Monday to Friday, except the days. Our decorations in our customers are from the Monday to Saturday, 9 hours at 9 hours EST, not days.

We work hard to deliver your product as soon as possible because we know it's like waiting for orders online! We try to purchase for you within 2  days (excluding weekends) , but please give us a maximum of 7  days (excluding weekends) in case of delay. If the completion time is different from standard 2 -7 business days , we will tell you about it on the sales page.

We will definitely try to fix it but you need to contact us as soon as possible. We process your order immediately after we get the information from you, but if you let us know early enough, we may be able to change your order. If your item has shipped out, we will still try to make it right. We know it's no fun to get something you will never wear or use

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We believe in keeping shipping costs as low as possible. At only 5000W for orders under 20.000W and FREE for any orders over 20.000W, you can be sure we aren't marking up shipping costs like some of our competitors do!

HOW DO I CHECK IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Please allow2-3 business days before checking for this info. Most of our products are printed-on-demand meaning they are created AFTER the order is placed. By allowing this time for us to process and fulfill your order, you will save yourself much frustration.


CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us. We will give you the instructions to return the goods to us and get the right one, or refund. You have 30 days from the time the product is used minh.Dat aviation and in the same condition you have received.  This does not include the person moderator of product .   Because individuals can not resell the product, we can not provide any refund policy to them. However, we can offer a discount instead.  Anytime something goes wrong and you are not happy, please contact us to help us fix it!
